Romir Lahiri is currently attending school at Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado studying Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Health promotion. He was originally born in Kolkata, India, but has spent most of his life in the mountains of New Mexico, and is now exploring the mountains of Colorado. Outdoor recreation is a passion of his and he is deeply in love with skiing in the backcountry hiking, and trail running. Romir also dabbles in rock climbing and hopes to continue to improve his ability there. With Outdoor Asian, Romir hopes to work to increase diversity and inclusion in the outdoor industry through social media and at events. Romir is not only an ambassador for Outdoor Asian, but is also the founder or Asian Americans Outside.
